      Company that cares about employees and wants to make them stay

      Pros

      They do not over-staff the restaurant which allowed everyone to make money, but not be over-worked either. The managers know the business and keep up moral.

      Cons

      The company was not all fully on the same page when I started, so there were large variations between restaurants. They all came together and got a system in place that fixed it.
