      Family run company without any rules

      Pros

      If the family likes you, it can be a fun place to work. Flexible work from home or in the field options.

      Cons

      If the family doesn't like you, you could be fired for no reason. The company isn't growing. They will work you until you burn out and if you don't put in the extra hours you could easily be fired.

      Great opportunity BUT-leadership is flawed. The idea of this business is a good one- but needs new leadership

      Cons

      If not family need not apply- these folks are way too caught up in their own self importance! They take care of themselves - smile- while screwing everybody else over!

      Pros

      Food is good and the concept is good. The owner I worked for is absolutely a wonderful person.

      Cons

      I advise all not to work on the corporate side of this company. It is loaded with family members, nepotism at its best. Shane himself is verbally abusive to employees. It's really amateur hour.
