      Really appear to care and do for the community especially underserved communities -benefit options

      Cons

      - quickly terminate individuals without allowing one to actually demonstrate what they can do after onboarding. -Management makes swift accusations without bothering to confirm said info -poor training -rude and insidious management -unrealistic assessment of one's abilities (in my case 1.25 days)
