What to expect if you work here: * President takes off 4+ weeks a year; spends more time home brewing than on the business. This during a very difficult year of making money. A total disregard for the livelihood of 50+ people. * Quarterly meetings include watching executive team give each other expensive gifts for a job well done. * Haphazard decisions are made without any type of strategy in place. Examples: opening up an office in another city without a sales team in place or any type of strategy. * Very poor decision making: Informatica Technology Training?
