1. unclear work requirements. 2. poor leadership. 3. chaotic & repetitive internal structure. 4. conflicting or lack of policy and creating conflicts with mother company policy in China. 5. You'll be asked to go to Shenzhen all the time to communicate smooth out process, policy conflicts which are time consuming and unproductive. 6. no incentive and recognition. 7. very very bureaucratic. 8. work process are very old, backward and full of loopholes and weak points. 9. very limited exposure and development opportunities. 10. high politics within and among the mid to senior management levels.
