Pros

Work from home. Solid IT teams. G Cool tech platform

Cons

There’s too many to list. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere if you are looking for something in operations. The leaders will set you up to fail from the get go because they do no communicate at all. It took 90 days and me begging to get a one on one scheduled with my boss. It’s a toxic cauldron of whining, deflection and discontent. This place has been the biggest disappointment of my career. I won't even put it on a resume. All the recent good reviews fall on or around the same date. There’s a reason for that. The COO openly threatened the entire operations leadership team twice about leaving g bad reviews. Unfortunately the bad reviews are the truthful ones. They wanted to fire my direct report because he was sick in the ICU of the hospital. If you are into petty whining, zero communication, open sabotage, and narcissistic leaders jump right in!This is a place for you and your SPARKLE!

We were sorry to hear you felt disappointed in your experience working for RunBuggy. While we do not agree with your statements or claims, we do encourage current and former employees to express their thoughts and feelings in a professional manner. We have a process in place to allow employees to share their feedback, anonymously if they prefer, and encourage an "open door" policy for all management. We also conduct exit interviews and/or exit surveys to gather additional feedback from our exiting employees and use that information to adjust policies, procedures, or address specific issues. Furthermore, our management staff takes continuing education courses, specifically on topics that enhance their management and interpersonal skills. This is an important aspect in our commitment to continuous improvement and employee development. Finally, while you did have an exit interview, if you would like to discuss your concerns further, please reach out to our Human Resources Manager. We want you to feel positive about your time with RunBuggy and look forward to a continued dialogue on your situation.

Pros

Any pros there were have been negated by all the recent changes they've made.

Cons

Leadership is a complete joke and they do not care about the opinions of staff. If you dare to speak up you will be retaliated against. Remember HR is not your friend, they claim to be here for us but they aren't. You are told that if you don't like it you can leave, that if there are bad reviews on the job it can "make all the fun things" disappear. They will act surprised by any negative feedback despite causing the toxic culture that's currently swirling. New management has caused a complete and total shift in morale across the company. Those who were deserving and loyal got shafted for a bunch of outside hires that seemingly worship any decision made by the ones who are causing the decline of morale. These new managers are paid more than those who have put in the work and shown dedication.
