      Pros

      Decent pay, but nothing is worth your peace of mind

      Cons

      Endless list but the biggest are.. Management and Executive team love playing favorites and making clicks. Even if you do your job better than your peers, if they don't like you, they will find a way to make it seem like you are not working. Most despicable company I have ever worked for, ever since Turn River bought the company, the humanity left, you are just a worker who needs to be abused, and not a human anymore. They have given me such despair, and I hope this message SAVES someone from the manipulation and evil.

      Challenging, yet still enjoyable

      Pros

      Great fellow employees, good technology, a far cry from being and ideal work place, but still enjoy many parts of working there.

      Cons

      Very poor internal communication with execs that absolutely do it their way - no appreciable listening to employees. Quota plans are set way too high - very few sales reps ever hit quota (less than 10%). Poor morale is the norm.
