      * Extremely well established family owned business firmly rooted in the market * Ultra-pleasant work environment with many amenities * Growing Development Team working with cutting edge technology * Reputation for great tech support/customer service * Ideally located with plentiful free parking

      Cons

      * A strong preference for "at the office" employees might disappoint wannabe telecommuters * Location less desirable for those who prefer/demand "big city" surroundings

      I have been in the IT industry many years, this is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in. The leadership team, management team and developers are always willing to help you at anytime. You learn and develop new skills when you working in Rediker Software.

      Cons

      If you are not highly motivated and not willing to learn new skills, the developer position is not a good fit for you.
