You'll made decent money until you get tired of their crazy
Cons
Even if you are performing, the owners talk poorly about their employees behind their back. If you look at Linkdin, there's 80 people who previously worked there, which is super embarrassing considering RedLine Resources has only been in business for 5 years..

We have been in business six years and I am the majority owner of the company. We have had double digit growth year over year. My employees are the hardest working, loyal, professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every start up has struggles. We continue to improve our retention of good employees and look forward to mentoring and leading them towards success. We are a recruiting firm focused on sales, therefore it can be an environment in which only the truly talented can succeed. We are not the same company as Redline Associates and we have not had over 80 employees. We are a contracting firm and employ many great professionals on a temporary basis with our clients.
Management is totally unprofessional and there is a general lack of accountability and ethics. Little to no training and some shady stuff behind the scenes. There is heavy turnover for a reason...

I am not sure what this means about ethics, lack of accountability, and the term "shady". I am an owner that holds every employee to the same performance metrics, has open communication with my team, and has very strong ethics and run a very profitable company with low turnover for the industry we are in.
High turnover rate. No training. Terrible commission structure. The partners argue all the time and when they don't, it's because they are too busy talking about their own employees in a negative fashion behind their backs...

I started Redline Resources six years ago through cold calling. We are a privately held company built on our own capital. Myself and my two partners have a strong relationship built on trust, ethics, and hard work. We do tend to have fun at lunch and embrace our sales culture of work and play hard! We enjoy our new office space at Wework and have a lot of fun together! Our recent company wide holiday party in California was awesome!
