Management doesn't care what you do, you don't even need to go to work, they don't care attendance. Someone usually come office two days a week or even less.

Technology is not as good as expected, too much OT, chaotic team management from team leader. People are so hea, only work on a limited tasks, not much direction you could get from senior/team supervisor. Even senior and bosses are always playing video games. Colour of this company top management is blue, always keep track on the employees status. Heard so many arguments and chaotic discussion between teams. For the tech team project always changes every week, don't know what is going on with the company. Seen laid off quite a bit of the manpower recently, shifting business to China.
