      Pros

QIMA is able to give employee high responsibilities from day 1. Career opportunities are quite interesting. Good working environment over all.

      Cons

QIMA is mainly concerned about making and keeping money, and doesn't really care about keeping staff (very low salary increase, benefits and bonus). As a result: high turnover.

      Pros

Great & friendly working environment, Cooperative colleagues and family friendly, work as a team. At QIMA there is a lot about the firm that is great. It‘s a great culture that values collaboration and the staff are friendly. You can learn a lot here. There are many opportunities for learning different kinds of standard. Its fast growth is so stimulating with its challenges and new situations that present themselves constantly. This is a Great cultural diversity - Good learning opportunities to polish your skills.

      Cons

-QIMA is mainly concerned about making and keeping money. Too business oriented and not people oriented: no consideration given to employee's requests / work-life balance (depending on the teams/Dept.) and doesn't really care about keeping staff (very low salary increase, benefits and bonus). As a result: high turnover. -Low salary, especially to those pioneering, new hires & poor KPI bonuses & poor annual review of the staff even there are working too hard for them they don’t contribute to the company. - Once in a blue moon appreciate for hard work – Even I’ve been working for 4 years in the company – NO raise in salary for 2 years already. - Salary can be on the lower side and the yearly hike is not so good. The hike can be as low as 1% it’s like a joke as it is as low as 1 % for a salary increase. -Yearly appraisal is only 2% or lower (not good enough if you have a low basic pay as it will be the multiplier of the 2%) -Limited employee benefit (given only what is mandated by the law (VL & SL), no extra perks benefit like other global companies in order to keep the employee -No Flexi-hours for single parent which is not coincide with the benefit given to a single parent the country. -Not good in Benchmarking the salary structure and the benefits, in order to keep the staff to be happy. -A salary increase is given only to those employees they want. NO fair treatment. -For some dept employees are forced to have mandatory OT for 2 hours & unequal workloads for the operations team.
