      Great co-workers and awesome potential to learn and gain new skills and experience

      - Micromanagement – Disrespect toward factory workers – Safety hazards repeatedly ignored – Poor training and team communication – Management more focused on defending themselves than resolving ongoing issues

      A way to get a foot in the door and learn new software

      Cons

      Family run, owner is a narcissist who will put himself before anyone ( even those he owes money to). Very unpredictable and unstable place to work. Water parks and fun centers need substantial work as well; very run down.

      Chance to Learn. Good accounting software. there is always something to be done and that means big bucks for anyone willing to put in the hours

      Cons

      Nepotism. This company is all about bringing family members the biggest benefit. The environment can be quite hostile due to everyone smoozing everyone else.
