I'm a contractor, so I don't get benefits. Also, I feel like conversations around increasing wages are taboo, but I don't know for sure.
Company does a tremendous job of tangibly caring for their internationally dispersed team and creating work life balance for everyone. There's an incredible commitment to communicating across departments so you don't get lost in what is happening across the greater company. Each person can see the direct impact their work has on the success or failure of the company which translates into each person knowing their work actually matters.
Cons
Company needs more tools to make the administrative part of working together more seemless like having google calendars and email be the backbone of it's infrastructure.
