The work from home ability, schedule flexibility

Cons

Lack of training, lack of knowledge from managers, the pay is low, the pay structure is misleading, you often have to do work off the clock, which is illegal.

The pay was great at first when they had work available. About $20+ an hour depending on your production. Loved the independent work.

Cons

Their training was unclear and contradicting information was provided across management. At one point they lost one of their biggest clients which drastically reduced the amount of work available. They had so many scribes and not enough work so eventually they began letting people go. Not a reliable company.
