Company is small enough to make it easy to connect with upper management and big enough to have sufficient resources, staffing, and support

Cons

It takes time to fully understand internal career advancing opportunities, training in the field can be inconsistent and haphazard, though more training is readily available when requested from peers and management

Pros

Meaningful work, Amazing patients and families

Cons

Expensive insurance and no work life balance. Management does not help with workload and has a poor understanding of the time it takes to complete the work. The CEO is amazing, but middle management and HR are immature, untrustworthy and lacking empathy.
