      very open to letting you manage your success via lack of micromanagement, yet provide tools help you succeed if you know how work collaboratively with your coworkers.

      very clique-y sometimes, and feels like confidentiality can have a priority over success as a company.

      Path Construction is a great place to work! The leadership team is full of great mentors and supports every team member to excel in the difficult construction industry. Path supports a good work life balance and opportunities to grow no matter what the role. Pay and benefits are at or above industry standards and Path encourages employees to spend time together outside of the office with frequent social events.

      Being a nation wide company with offices on each coast, it can be difficult to meet other co-workers in person. However, Path conducts monthly zoom meetings to meet, interact, and learn from fellow co-workers across the country.
