Good benefits and good employees.

Expectations are too high for management and employees. Pay is less than other companies doing the same work.

Place is a hell hole. Water pouring in everywhere. Equipment constantly breaking down. Constant layoffs because they cannot get production out in a timely manner

They really do try with keeping morale consistent and yearly planned schedule. New management that started to move people up

No heads up on layoffs (other than a day) although you will hear accurate rumors for about a week prior. Keep their layoffs at spread out single week increments preventing unemployment collection

You can work a ton of overtime to offset the low wages paid to employees. I was the purchaser and The HR woman sent me an email about paying the staffing agency which they used to hire a bunch of temp employees. They paid the staffing agency 22$ an hour for entry level employees but would pay the employees they already had 15-16$ an hour for the same jobs. This shows what the company could afford to pay the employees but they choose to give the minimum they can get by on. This is why they can not retain good employees because anyone who knows their worth leaves after a couple of months to find a better job.

Cons

They do not care at all about the employees they have and do nothing to reward good employees. I worked 60-70 hours a week for a year for this company and they fired me because a new manager told me that I had to do something with my personal life which had nothing to do with my job or him and I told him it was not his place to tell me what I had to do outside of work. 5 minutes later they called to terminate me. He lied and said I yelled at him and got confrontational. They didn’t ask me what happen or care to listen to my side of the story. It just shows how little they respect or care for the employees that give their lives for this company. I worked 72 hours some weeks. That left no time to see my family and my relationship with my wife deteriorated because of it. I regret giving so much for a company that discarded me like a used tampon.
