The only positive thing I can honestly say about this company is the co-workers are great (if they are there for more than a few weeks).
Cons
Upper level management has no idea what is going on and as a result, the employees suffer. Decisions are made with very little thought about outcomes. Everyday, it seems like a new decision is implemented, causing confusion. Then within a week, a decision is made with contradicts the previous decision. Each decision is essentially made then withdrawn, without really seeing what the results could be. Every decision is made by upper level management, which is a shame because many employees have good ideas, but they are immediately dismissed. Training is non existent within the company. If you would like your employees to strive, give them proper training!
