- No growth, No movement within role. Company is hesitant to allow people to grow internally. They will put you in leadership programs and will push you to slog hard but will hire from outside. Waste of time and talent if you are looking for internal growth and movement. - Salary hike is always an issue with everyone here . I have seen people not getting hired for 3-5 years even after doing numbers. - Company in India is marred with politics.. HR is worst and seems like a bureaucratic system. - Compliance is namesake for internal issues.. external could be strong but internal have not seen any action being taken against anyone. - Additional employee benefits are nil in comparison to other tech companies like Salesforce

- completely stagnant in terms of career advancement - little to no (very occasional) salary hikes / COLA adjustments - essentially zero bonuses - horrible management in many groups, only out for themselves - perfect place for stagnation

Company has a strange policy, where company don't consider giving salary hike. Appraisal process is never in sync with package increment, both run independently. Local management looks to be helpless and don't have any hold on salary hike. Oracle follows a strange appraisal system where employee needs to get some offer from other company to proves his own worth, even though you perform well and has been appreciated by manager or appraisal system. Employee work for 3 to 4 years without hike but any new joinee filling the same position will be paid huge salary hike compared to his current package. Work life balance all depends upon the Team and manager.

Great technology tech stack. A lot of opportunities to learn and gain a technical skill set. Good training and on-demand skill upgrades are available. Very organized and mature IT team. Good process and procedures defined and mature collaboration tools being used as well.
Cons
A top-heavy organization with too many managers. People are stuck in the same role for ages with very little rewards. Salary updates take decades. No salary hike on promotion. They given stocks and keep you tied up instead of increasing the salary every year.

If working in operations team, work is mostly related tools used in Oracle. Those automation tools are useless outside of the company. You'll grow dumber each passing day working on only the tools you are assigned to you. No yearly performance review or appraisals. Hikes are very rare and totally depended on the management. Salary hikes are minuscule. I have seen colleagues who stay in company for more than 5 years in the same company doing same repetitive work without a single rupee hike. Firing is common scene.. Company can fire you whenever they feel you are useless.
