      Pros

good financial performance and flexible work arrangement, good stepping stone for junior employee to pick up their skills

      Cons

local leadership promotes a job bullying culture with outdated micro management mindset that leads to high turnover. local HR did nothing to improve the overall morale, she is as bad as the leader who has no idea in building a good workplace. shortterm interest to feed their pockets and ego. overall oracle has a very bad reputation in hk.

Good Benefits, Terrible Management, Very siloed

      Pros

Great benefits - one of the only companies that pay full health cover for employees and their family. Allow remote/ flexible working.

      Cons

Extremely siloed. Different parts of the business end up competing against each other for the same clients. There is a sense that everyone is out for themselves. When solvable issues are raised to management, nothing is done to change incentives or process, so issues persist. Oracle claims to be customer centric, but they have a low accountability culture toward both clients and staff, and can be outright aggressive toward clients on contract negotiations. The good people either leave or become extremely jaded.
