Some sort of flexibility and nothing more.
Cons
Pay is far below market value for comparable roles in the industry. Health and safety regulations are often ignored. Management’s focus is solely on cutting expenses, not on employee wellbeing or long-term sustainability. Toxic family-business dynamics and zero transparency.

Cons
Treat employees horrible. Toxic work enviroment, not inclusive. Very low pay. Very stressful. Care more about money than science.
