      Good canteen Good colleauge and that's it

      Cons

      Management don't have the technical background to lead product development properly, and it shows in the decisions that get made. The micromanagement is exhausting. Multiple timesheets, live weekly planners, and being questioned about what you're doing on a Friday afternoon. You're treated like your time needs to be justified at every turn rather than trusted to get on with your work. No real feedback, no training, and a skill progression framework that feels like it hasn't been looked at in years. Don't come here expecting anyone to invest in your development.
