      Such a shame. So much potential, and so much wasted.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, some of the other employees are nice to work with (but this is on the decline), and the ideals of the company are nice (but not lived up to).

      Cons

      Poor pay/benefits/compensation, absurd work hours, loads and pressures, political leverages, entitled Executives/Managers.

      Flexible hours and Paid Time Off

      Cons

      Heavy on the Chiefs, light on the workers, and no room in the middle. Therefore, the Chiefs keep on patting themselves on the back for paperwork while slave driving the workers around the clock.
