Pros
Nothing about this company is good.
Cons
I am sorry to say that every review for this company is true. They show a complete disregard for the well-being of their employees, from the cleanliness of the office to the water filter. The management is disorganized and lacks people management skills. All the managers and directors are rude and ill-mannered, especially towards women in lower positions. They shout at you from their offices and in your face without any professionalism, which led to numerous anxiety attacks in the office. There's a lack of budget even for basic operations in the laboratory. They are extremely inflexible when it comes to scheduling; you can't use your lunch break for medical appointments, forcing you to lose that hour. They don't show any humanity and don't care about your personal problems, only about the hours you've worked. They don't listen to employees' suggestions for improvements, not even when it comes to changing the brand of coffee for a few cents. No one there is happy, and morale is extremely low. There's a lack of clear and defined processes; they expect you to know what to do without any guidance. Engineers end up doing assistant-level work, while assistants are assigned marketing tasks. Salaries are below market average, considering the workload and responsibilities. The work environment is toxic; you can't have conversations, laughter, or build relationships with your colleagues.
