Slow environment, not result driven culture

Cons

Leaders spend too much time on politics than business performance. Some policies and projects are used to centralise power only, simple tasks need many layers of review. Employees were treated like machine, esp Finance team, working till midnight or over the weekend is expected by the leadership

Honest comments were shared among the team and provided here, I hope I read all before joined the company

The FSS is too wishy washy a set up. Processes, job scope and team members always change, people are so frightened by the malevolent "leaders" (don't know how company evalue the "leaders") approx 2/3 of this Finance team LEFT. You are expected to do magic overnight, they don't care if you have family duty, kids to look after, or just need some rest, otherwise the FC will make sure you "remember' or "understand" by personal attack. Information we were told during the interview are not true, my team members resigned as short as a few days. We openly talked about how to find another job and quickly leave. This is the situation of a FINANCE team!

- Salary is not bad - You can do things at your own way as there are no processes or tasks to follow - Good working environement with colleagues

Cons

- Total desorganisation - Lack of knowlege and trainning - Bad management - Huge Workload and pression from managers - Obligatory Extra hours (non paid or compensated) - Unrespectful managers - Everyone in the company is leaving. High rotation.
