      Pros

Pay is decent for a public agency. CALPERS retirement plan is great. Company culture is diverse and innovative.

      Cons

Limited opportunities for interns and trainees. It is rare for Transportation Associates to get a permanent position. Too many temporary positions.

No room to move up in the organization, everyone is tenured, no one retires. Older workers, no one younger in the Treasury department, no one hardly talks to each other.
