Pros

Seemed to be a great place at the time of joining where I could build a long term synergistic relationship with the company.

Cons

I was hired as a full time engineer, located remotely in India. I worked for them from mid October 2019 to December 20, 2019. They took the current code delivery from me around Dec. 15, 2019. As of Dec. 20, 2019 my salary for November was still unpaid with their CTO Ritika attributing the delay to a delay from their side in receiving funds. When I inquired about my salary on Dec, 20th, 2019, Ritika told me that my salary was withheld due to things not adhering to the scenario "as planned". The project was in Angular and it was running about a month late in spite of my putting in 14-16 hours of work daily and not taking a single weekend off in November and December 2019. I had intimidated them of the delay earlier and sent them links where numerous diverse accomplished engineers had complained about the delay in Angular projects due to the extremely complex and non-intuitive nature of the framework. I was comparatively new to Angular, and Ritika and Rajesh knew that when they hired me. I worked tirelessly without a break trying my best to minimize the impact. I am a mature engineer with more than 25 years experience in development and possess a well rounded skill set with expertise in many web technologies. My previous organizations had always valued my work and demonstrated the same by fast tracking my career growth and emoluments. In contrast, Lincode walked away without paying two months salary (plus salary due for a month's paid notice period). They refused to answer my phone calls and emails after December 20, 2019. Just cut themselves off after taking the code I had developed for them. The code size was huge, any astute code reviewer would appreciate its volume, complexity, its quality, and understand how much time and effort must have gone into creating it. I do not think Ritika did that or even try. What they committed was a crime of fraud, a swindle. I am shocked and have suffered a great financial loss at their hands.

Company ran by incapable people

Pros

Nothing just another weak business

Cons

I joined as an intern with a high hope that I would get experience in AI but unfortunately my senior made me draw box around several images daily. Sent me to client location many times even though I don't know how to speak with clients and that is not my job too. After doing much hard work they dumped me after extending my internship period. Worst part is I was also thrown out of my pg due to delayed rent because they never pay salary on time. There is no work from home facility as the ceo is against it. They dont provide any facilities except office building which was home building before but make us work like donkeys. Forget interns even employees are worries when this business will close. Ritika (big bully as mentioned by someone here is true) always come to office and talk loudly like it's her home.i have seen her make fun of eveyone from house cleaning to her husband which is not good. I changed my career to programming but they wasted my time. I have learnt basic open cv and labelimg and training detectors under my senior which I could have done in a week in the internet.

Pros

There are no pro's about this company.

Cons

This is a big fraud company. They will hire interns as AI/ML trainee and assign annotations for full time this is what the strategy they follow. Interns are treated as slaves and there is no value for interns. They will not create company email id for interns and also no desktops that means they are considered for six months later with no reasons they will try to find faults and make sure that they go out of the company. There person with just 8 months and one year experience are lead who are incapable of handling a team, technically inefficient and there is no ethics. Manager is a big bluff master, unprofessional, unethical and incapabale of handing a team. When we joined the company it was said that we have to work in the weekends only in the month for two months for pending work but that is false we have to work even in the weekend and should be available on Sundays to visit client location and also there will be assignments. There if interns raise any concerns higher management will go absconding in case of addressing any concern. If you join such a company you should be prepared to do junk work i.e annotations always like slaves. Here all really really unprofessional, unethical and unorganized, it is really very difficult to adjust in such a organisation. After reading this comments now the higher management would comments please do not go with there words.

Hello there, thanks for your great feedback. It looks like you were very disappointed with the organization. While we consider this a very important way for improving ourselves internally and learn not to do such mistakes, we never hold anyone if they are disappointed with the organization to such an extent. Either you could have reported such feelings while in the organization or you could have simply left. Nevertheless, we consider this review very seriously and would make sure we never provide such an experience for our employees or interns. We wish you all the best for your future endeavors.
