ONLY and only the prestige and reputation the name carries. Can't see any good in the organisation other than that.
Cons
Work-life balance is a myth in this organisation, you can only pray and hope for a work-life boundary. Severely over-worked and understaffed. In the short time I had to suffer here working from home, I have till date NEVER seen my manager's face, absolutely felt no connection to the team, the work or the client. When they asked me to join, the process was rushed and completed in a day's time. When I wanted to leave, the process easily took over a month. Easily one of the worst working experiences of my life. Run for your life.

A fun, satisfying place to work – if you find the right team or department
28 Sept 2021 - Graphic DesignerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
– A fun, colorful cast of characters to work with – Generally great comradery across the agency (good vibes) – Good benefits – Low key atmosphere and flexibility on working hours (especially during a lull between big projects)
Cons
– Work life balance sometimes was sometimes terrible due to pitches, last minute projects etc etc – Because of the holding company Publicis tightening the purse strings, my manager had very little ability to grow and promote people at her discretion – Vibe of each team or department varies wildly (steer clear of Samsung...)
