Promotions and raises are hard to come by, no matter how good your review. Leadership have turned over recently so that may not be the case. Lots of good people left to move up.

Large agency with a family atmosphere, some really great people.

If you are not Lebanese, don't expect a promotion, you will never really belong, no matter how hard you try. Also, very little diversity in the management team, which I thought was not a good sign for the agency's future.
