Employer micromanagement, skill set not appreciated, you are not allowed to take leaves, they keep you as consultant for 2 months (not a full time employee)

The company lacks a clear vision and direction. It has effectively become an agency working almost entirely for Zerodha, with constant pressure to meet unrealistic targets and deadlines. Work-life balance is poor and expectations are often unreasonable. There is also a strong culture of favoritism. If you're not part of the inner circle, the work environment can become unnecessarily difficult.
