      Recently I attended a CSM training organized by KnowledgeHut and conducted by Nanda at Pune. I liked it a lot!

      Interaction between the teams could be improved.

      they don't hold a positive reputation to say pros about the campany

      Cons

      1) long working hours 2) inefficient management 3)very very less salary 4)no respect towards employees 5)They don't need a reason to fire you ,they will fire in middle of month and wont give salary for remaining days 6) no bonus or incentives

      There is a good set of team members who have great potentials.

      Cons

      Perhaps the worst company with some freaking managers who are racists and doesnt have any humanitarian concerns. Managers are the worst you can find in any company.
