Owner is there half of the time and is verbally abusive to employees. He will blow up on and shout at employees in the showroom for no reason. He knows nothing about that kind of business he owns. He just wants to know how much money he is making and does not care about the client a or the employees.

Boss sets no expectations for jobs, most work is competed in an opposite and wasteful order. Obvious lack of detail and communication, lack of quality supplies, uncertain scheduling practices.
