It’s a game, if you play you’re in. If you refuse to play the dirty mind games you’re out Kerwin speech about how his company is a role model for leadership. But he barely show up in the office to know what’s going on. He doesn’t care for his staff that why he provides gym/food to pretend that he cares. We can’t trust anyone there. They are always watching to catch something you do wrong to use against you. If you decide to work there, pretend that you are blind and deaf. Avoid practicing your leadership or showing that you are smart enough to improve systems. They will cut you off and always putting you down. If English is not your first language pretend that you understand 100% everything otherwise they will make fun of you. If they can’t manipulate you... they will find a way to get rid of you straight away

- Lower level staff were friendly - Food in the fridge

Cons

- Timed bathroom breaks! - Constant questioning of everything you do - Monitoring of emails - The business is a scam - If you don't buy into the cultiness of the culture, they will manage you out of the business

Some of the new people were nice... Then all gets the boot because " they don't fit in the culture". As a joke I asked one to spell culture. Failed..

Cons

All fake. Ripping clients off. Culty behaviour and acting happy but all fake. No real training, no real team work. When you ask for help you will get questions after questions without support. Peer pressure bullying is a standard behaviour when management is not there to bully... There is a lot more but you get the picture. And pay is poor. You are expected to work 45 hour standard week and get paid for 38... They are bad at math.
