      KLM is the best airlines ever in my career life. nice, straightforward colleagues to work with, a supportive coach for specific language speaking cabin crew. a very happy place to work at !

      years of contract seem always not confirmed. not a secured job since their contract may be extended or amended with the reasons of company policy change.

      1. Colleagues are super nice and friendly. Great expat culture. 2. Can work on multiple projects so which helps gain domain knowledge. 3. Heavily discounted flight prices.

      Cons

      1. They will hire people on contract basis from the market rather than promoting one of their own who knows better business, context and entire project end to end. 2. Will never give proper feedback of what needs to be improved. Apparently, it is just a list of things but that list is unknown. 3. Lot of dependence on one-two people who are calling the shots.
