      Pros

      Very friendly and supportive teammates.

      Cons

      The worst management ever, they set unrealistic target and push the sales team to sell fraud products. The targets are sky high and with the unfair commission scheme, expect your hard work wouldn't pay off.

      Pros

      WFH policy, benefit is very good, colleagues are nice and friendly. Wages are satisfied.

      Cons

      Too many meetings. Target is very high to meet. The top management get change within these 2 years. They are like making your time slot very very full and assume you have 4 hands , 2 brains to work. Management is never satisfied about the AM performance. Each team has different goals and target but always put to compare, not apple to apple. Company has many dashboard to monitor your daily acting.
