      Pros

Individual colleagues are nice and great people. Literally the only bearable thing, but everyone was borderline clinically depressed because of the vibe there.

      Cons

None of the perks seen at any other large agencies. Continuous cycle of layoffs that freak everyone out Bogged down by laborious/traditional processes instead of being nimble Doesn't promote or give raises... like ever Constant stream of bad news... losing business, people getting let go, not winning, mergers... Scandals, scandals, scandals.

      Pros

Free drinks on Fridays, a few great people.

      Cons

Zero work life balance. Company refuses to pay overtime, disregarding the fact that it's against Ontario law. The idea that "advertising is not a 9-5" is brainwashed into all employees. Direct management has no say in employees growth, and upper management doesn't care about the small fries leaving many people to settle for less. No raises, no bonus structure, no acknowledgement of achievements; leading to consistently high turnover. Very little training for new employees, as there are few older employees to share the knowledge. Processes are not solidified, and there are varying degrees of organization throughout the brand teams. Clients expectations are not managed, and TV campaigns went into preproduction with new scripts less than two days before shooting. Everyone here is scrambling all the time, and morale is very low. People are jumping ship, some wanting to leave so badly that they don't even have new jobs to go to.
