Pros

Good benefits - I wasn't able to get them because they have a two month waiting period for them. They didn't tell me until after I was hired that I needed to start right on the 1st to get benefits as soon as possible. But if you get them, it's good, it's currently Blue Cross for almost no payments - you can get a package of free benefits. People in other departments were nice, people seem human - a normal mix like any company. Job stability is pretty certain - it seems unlikely they fire or lay off people. People tend to leave or stay.

Cons

Clients for their work are mentally ill - and it can be a challenge to work with them - patience is needed. It's a non profit so way more laxed as far as work ethic and preparedness - at least for the few meetings I was in. The executive admin department is not open to change and passive aggressive for all conflict - I would highly suggest not working for it unless you are older than 35 - your experience can largely relay on your supervisor. Time off accrual is very strict compared to corporate work.
