We're sorry to hear that your experience with leadership communication left you feeling disappointed. Transparency and consistency are values we take seriously, especially during times of change. While business realities sometimes require difficult decisions, we recognize the importance of how those decisions are communicated and the impact they have on our people. We understand there may be different perspectives, but for clarity, there were no mass layoffs. In some cases, business needs required positions to be based in specific locations. When remote work was no longer an option, relocation was offered; however, not all employees chose to pursue that path. While these decisions are never easy, they are made thoughtfully with both business requirements and individual circumstances in mind.
