Pros
Great benefits including team member travel discounts on rooms and discounts on food. Good vacation policy. Good chances for advancement.
Cons
Some managers (as in all businesses ) tend to be a little less understanding than others whom embrace the Hilton culture which in essence is superb.

Great Team Member Travel Program and F&F perks Great internal communication with the Hilton Lobby and weekly required brand newsletters Cool initiatives that employees can get into like Hilton Careers, Hilton Careers on Snapchat and Hilton Suggests (travel blog)

Marketing Manager job descriptions vary from hotel to hotel Most Marketing Managers seem to come from other industries than hotels where (depending on your hotel) most of the Operations people and sales people are straight hotel people - it can be difficult advocating for certain things you want when others don't have agency or non-hotel experience Little money at the hotel level for content (photos, stock photos, photography, etc)

Overtime!!! Plenty is offered. The Team Member Travel Program is great too!

Hours sucked, PTO not enough and stats were ridiculous!

The company offers nice travel perks. The company offers a decent interview experience. Teams across the company offer decent work flexibility.
Cons
Growth opportunities at the company are overstated. The number of layers within departments can make your job difficult. Too much investment in corporate events and travel when team members are underpaid and there is a lack of skills development - this may be departmental, but deserves attention from senior management.
