Senior management is not open-minded nor willing to accept new ideas, quite traditional Chinese thinking style. Also there are insufficient opportunities such as promotion for upward mobility unless the senior staff resign.

A company provide an excellent working environment and policy to help staff to achieve work-life balance. Prompt action and BCP (wfh arrangement for back-end staff) to the COVID 19 pandemic. Offer various free or charged (low course fee) activities, e.g. online yoga class, art & craft class and Japanese course to staff.
