Team members are friendly. office is ok. not as good as most banks. just better than Chinese and local banks which really isn't saying much. there is a Pacific coffee on premise.

Big boys who wear big pants and bring their big ego to work. very traditional, hierarchical and political. no matter how open your office is, the managers are close minded. do not pay much attention to the personal development of younger team members. no good managers around which would make good mentors.
