Management constantly micro-managed, broke rules, didn't follow the alternate work days for employees during covid. Very stingy with the way they behaved.
Salary on time
Good colleagues (but everyone seem to be having the same frustrations)
Cons
Too much work pressure. You’ll feel you are stuffed inside a tight box with very little air. Not that great client requisitions to work on. Same role goes on and on for 4-5 months and the pressure to close the role is too high. They expect you to learn and deliver everything on your own. The worst part is the company doesn’t have any Indian registration and don’t offer any benefits.
