      Great place to learn, worst place to earn

      Pros

      Pros are that there are multiple learning opportunities which majorly help in upskilling.

      Cons

      Cons are that there are very high expectations like overtime, unrealistic deadlines, weekend working. A lot of mishaps in management and no actual planning results in increased work pressure. No compensations or comp-offs for crazy overtimes. Favoritism is highly supported.

      There are no pros for the company

      Cons

      CEO has allot of time to micro manage in a junior levels work. Will load you with work but suddenly during appraisals will highlight how you are not doing good so they skip on increments. Finance is handled by the sister of the CEO who is not at all capable. Multiple errors and still overlooked. Unprofessional brother sister duo that will ruin your career
