Genus ABS has a great product range that attracts many dairy farmers to use. The bulls are of high quality and they follow a great process to process their end products.

The reach to the end users are limited.

Nice team, nice office and some perks in terms of travel and encouraging of work/life balance.

Cons

Lack of progression and support from managers in terms of growth. There's no direction and it's very chaotic in a start up kind of way.
