Incompetent leadership below C level in upper management. Extremely chaotic decision-making, people are leaving the company very fast but management doesn't accept the feedback to make things better. A lot of micromanagement

You get to work with so many nice, talented and hard working people. You will have amazing friends and colleagues. Free breakfast

- Employees are overworked without compensation for it - You can see people working till 11PM on a regular basis - Management says they support feedback culture but ignore most the feedback given to them - Setting unachievable deadlines and overworking employee is a common theme across company - Promising compensation and not following through with it is also common - Too much of sugar coating things to shove down unachievable goals - Instead of acknowledging the problem they try to hide behind words - No stock options - Too much sucking up to management culture - If you want to be excited and happy to go to work, look somewhere else

The people your work with are very open and quickly become friends. We all grow together. Give and receive constructive feedback. There is also lots of social events to make you feel integrated. All people from different departments have the chance to interact with each other. Modern tech stack. Constant learning—I have also never learned as much in a short amount of time as here in this company. There is enormous potential for growth here for everybody. Hackdays Great terrace. Free food & drinks. Kicker table Table tennis
Cons
This is no place to lean back and get a paycheck. Expect to work and be challenged every day.

- Very flexible. You can really decide what you'd like to work on - Huge office with nice equipments - You advices will be truly listened - Warm and thankful culture - Flexible working time (can work at home 1 day per week) - Very nice office location - All the colleagues I've ever contacted are all very nice

- No stock options - After-tax (40% off) salary is not very attractive - Lack of stricter engineering standard and enforced technical documentation

- highly professional and international team - very experienced founders who are always present in the office and open for your ideas - super career perspectives and high personal development - great atmosphere in the office - big emphasis on company culture, e.g. lots of team events, breakfast served in the office, Pizza on Fridays etc.

Very impacting product Driven people Mostly professional approaches Collaborative environment Great CTO Tech-driven Open to change and improve Flexible and adaptable
Cons
Management sometimes is a bit old-school If you are used to a more flat structure you will not get this there. Also noisy and stressful environment. Can be a bit thin on leadership. Sales team has high turnover and operations team is quite political. No marketing department.

+ Motivation and resolution of whatever problems you may come over + Everybody's kind and caring about one another + Management is not afraid to admire mistakes and to grow + Colleagues are skilled; you'll learn a lot from them + Really good company goal and values + Agile framework helps to keep efficiency at high level + Lots of personal space and freedom + Free breakfast and snacks

Not actual cons, rather complications: - You'll spend a lot of time staying late at the office, and though that is not a requirement, it's supposed way to work - You should share the same level of responsibility as your comrades and also care for them - Things change fast, and you should have a flexible mind - otherwise, you won't be able to keep up the rhythm - Keep your patience and know how to get yourself out of tension, as it's important to stay motivated and be happy with your environment
