      Worst company I've worked for. Avoid it if possible.

      Pros

      - "Decent" compensation, even though they don't offer any other perks aside from money.

      Cons

      - The CEO is overly enthusiastic about AI in a negative way, does not truly fulfill his role as CEO, and engages in micromanagement of the technology department, which is not beneficial. - If you contradict the CEO, you'll get into trouble and most likely be fired from the company. - It's a company that will crush you as much as possible (make you work overtime, weekends, extracurricular time) without any compensation. - Organization is something that doesn't exist, at least in the technology department. There are no goals, achievements, metrics, absolutely nothing that they want to achieve, and priorities change every two weeks based on the CEO's decisions. - It's a company where you and your work will feel empty. Try to avoid this company if possible.

      Pros

      Hmmm, I would not call it a "pro", but they are good at hiring nice people. Have good talent, but everyone ends up leaving the company. I would not join this company except if you are urgently trying to get a job

      Cons

      The management at this company is terrible. The CEO openly admitted that their goal was to make us feel micromanaged. During the hiring process, they lie and promise opportunities that never materialize. There is no real room for growth as a developer here. What they actually want are “crazy vibe coders” while relying on AI to handle most of the coding. If you don’t care about your career and only want a paycheck, then maybe this company is for you. The culture enforced by the management team is toxic: you’re expected to constantly go the “extra mile,” and if you don’t, you’re labeled a bad employee. They fired the Head of Engineering and then blamed us for not meeting the milestones. Management never took responsibility for anything.

      All the other things that u can imagine. the CEO is deplorable, no one in management can be trusted, everyone seems to be in cahoots to make their own money and betray the promises they made and the interests of everyone else.
