      Pros

      There was a strong business structure within the Firm. I am able to help empower clients to become financially independent. I run my own financial planning practice.

      Cons

      It is a commission only advisor position. New ownership is taking the Firm in a different direction, philosophically. No leads or marketing given, as every client I made was done through my sole efforts.
