Cab facility, flexible timing & wlb, employees benefits at covid time like vaccine including family members, leaves,good hike,some very helpful team members,good learning opportunity. Stay for 1-2 years max, then switch

Cons

Toxic work environment. Thr are some people in Kol office who are rude and difficult to work.These people are in Finomial inthink from very beginning and have no place to go. Highly replaceable and inefficient, they only here to make it difficult for those who want to do good work.Unnecessary superiority they will try to show.Management should take some action.

1. Extreme favouritism, and bias and polarised teams in Kolkata. 2. There are few people who are not willing to adapt to an energetic environment and wish to remain lazy. 3. The work culture gets toxic due to politics and talking behind the back. 4. HR policies could have been better. 5. False commitments for offsite opportunities at the time of interview
