Very negative environment . Managers are difficult to work for and with. Extreme micromanagement. Sorry I took the position. Company plays games with the bonus!

Easy interview process. If you’re related to one of the owners you will be treated like royalty.

Cons

Corporate nepotism is out of control. No HR department to speak of. (Call a 1-800 number) Owners talk down to and belittle employees publicly. You will not get a review or raises. If you raise a concern with upper management be prepared to get your job threatened.
