      Toxic

      Pros

Good benefits, unlimited PTO, cool office and coffee bar/perks.

      Cons

Toxic environment, hot headed leadership, no work life balance , favoritism, opposite of humble, understaffed, promotions based on seniority not hard work. Trying to be impressive with fancy parties and perks and office but cannot pay fair wage or increases.

      Pros

Some nice people to interact with. Unlimited PTO. Nice office space when we were there with a coffee bar. Good work life balance.

      Cons

Very slow to move forward - not very progressive thinking. Old School mentality in their process and technology. Lots of Sr mgmt have just worked there for years and moved up - but don't perform.

      Great First or Second Job

      Pros

FCB is a great place to cut your teeth in advertising or get some critical experience on your resume at the beginning of your advertising career. Some of the accounts are boring, but you'll have the chance to get real world experience. The office is cool and the full coffee bar was a great perk. Young energy in the office too.

      Cons

Pay wasn't competitive. Hard to move up or get a raise.

      Pros

Fun perks of working for a global ad agency. In-house coffee bar, cool office aesthetic, huge holiday party, unique agency events, etc. Awesome client list.

      Cons

For most, work/life balance is out of the question. Many seem to be working constantly and it creates intense pressure for others to do so too. High turnover rate. Sometimes the culture felt toxic - once you were on a bad list, seemed impossible to come off of it. Felt that the opinions of employees were shoved under the rug and ignored. Such a big agency that change is nearly impossible - way too many levels of approval, etc. so you just feel like a number.

      Lost in the shuffle

      Pros

Unlimited PTO; coffee bar; fun holiday party

      Cons

Unless you are "in" with the "in crowd", be prepared to be passed around like a hot potato. You won't get noticed unless you have won business or an award. Covid doesn't help the situation, but you only hear from management when they need something, leaving you feeling expendable. Not worth it in my opinion.

It's an industry-wide thing, but you have to work long and hard to get results.

      Pros

$1 coffee bar and good furniture.

      Cons

Lunch room mentally, you better fork up your pudding snacks to sit at the cool table. Poor leadership, preaches they want to provide work life balance but then over allocates everyone. Makes horrible leadership hiring decisions. Only pays attention to the people who throw tantrum. Don’t value experts just people willing to put up with drama. There’s a reason for the mass exodus of employees.
